Charity Ride Reservation Form
Three-Day Event: A reimbursable $350 per rider or walker deposit is due with registration. Deposits can be paid by check (preferred), online with Visa, MasterCard or PayPal or by phone at 877-545-1864 or 508-545-1864. One-Day Event: A $65 fee is due with registration and can be paid by check, Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. There is a $200 fundraising minimum.
