The farm is complemented by the adjacent Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park, dedicated to environmentalism and the legacy of Laurence Rockefeller, one of the town’s many grand land stewards. We’ll have the opportunity to sample artisanal cheese at Plymouth Cheese, in the very building Coolidge’ father set up a cheese factory in 1890. You’ll have the opportunity to rest your legs after pedaling at Long Trail Brewery, situated in Bridgewater Corners near Woodstock, renowned for its exceptional craft beers. With a dedication to quality and a passion for brewing, Long Trail offers a range of delicious and distinct brews. They were on the front end of the micro-brew and craft beer revolution that can be experienced across Vermont today- another testament to the state’s many locally sourced and high quality, artisanal products like Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream.
